• Keep the number of leased planes below 30%.
• Open new routes in cities with high business/tour levels and less competition.
• Invest in advertisement and service to maximize profit.
• Maintain lower salary levels to keep employees satisfied.
• Ensure that your airplanes are operating at maximum capacity.
• Create schedules based on the available schedules by planes.
• Adjust airfares based on occupancy rates: raise fares when occupancy is 100% and lower fares when occupancy is below 70%.
• Don't be afraid to close unprofitable routes with many competitors. Constantly search for new undeveloped golden routes.
• Minimize costs by reducing office space, counters, and unused slots. Buy fuel in bulk and use fuel tanks strategically.
• Maximize profit by running a maintenance depot and lounge at hub airports that have many routes. This will save you 30% on maintenance costs and attract more business and first-class passengers.
• Learn from leading companies by studying their most profitable routes and opening new routes in those areas.
